Thoughts Lead to Results
Regardless of the position that we hold as a leader or business owner or business developer our number one identity is as a spiritual entity. We were created as spirit beings who can connect with and flow seamlessly in the spirit realm. We were 100% open and connected to the light, to the spirit realm of love and goodness. We were created to freely commune with God. Our ancestors’ treason broke that connection to God and opened the connection to the deceiver. We have been created to have spiritual connections because we are spirit beings working through a soul (mind, will and emotions) that is housed in a physical body. We are three-in-one just as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are three-in-one.
What I am saying is that regardless of how you identify yourself (leader or business person) your spirit will connect to the spirit realm, whether you believe in it or not. I have written in previous newsletters about the inner voice that you hear or are listening to. That gut feeling. We are all listening to something, whether we acknowledge it or not. If the voice that we are listening to causes fear, anxiety, confusion, hate, etc. we are listening to the wrong voice. We need to shut that voice down and intentionally listen to the voice that encourages us, speaks well of us and believes in us and others.
God believes in us because He knows the plan that He has for us and He also knows that He has equipped us to fulfill that plan. The kicker is that the evil one also believes in us. He doesn’t know the plan that God has for our lives but he does know that there was a plan written for us before we came into the world. He also knows that we have been gifted or resourced by God to fulfill that plan. The evil one will do everything in his power to try and actively thwart God’s plans for our lives. The devil only comes to steal, kill and destroy. Any thought of his that you receive and act on will produce those results be it for yourself or the person or organization that he has caused you to act against with that thought.
God has created us to have an abundant life. One full of joy, peace, contentment and blessing. The thoughts that God has towards us are thoughts, that if acted upon, will enable us and others to live lives of joy, peace, and contentment. Why? Because we will be walking in the plan that was written for us and which contains all the provisions that we will need. I am not saying that it will be a cake walk but I am saying that it will be free of fear, anxiety, and depression because we will be following the path that we were created to follow. We won’t be on the path that the evil one has put before us with his lies and deceptions. That path is full of traps, snares and pitfalls. It is created to prevent us from achieving our life plan. The ultimate plan that God has for us, other than living eternally with Him, is that the devil stays under our feet and is not our master ruling over us. When we listen to the lies about who we are, we give the evil one a position of authority in our lives that he was never meant to have.
As spiritual beings we get to choose which thought we will submit to. The fruit in our lives will show which ones we have been allowing to have authority in our minds. We can choose the thoughts that bring true joy and peace or the ones that lead to striving, fear, and lack of peace. Fear has torment. We choose who we will follow and remember that someone is always following you, so choose wisely.
